We all have moments when we experience struggle. In our therapy sessions, I will listen, validate, and help you understand your emotions. It is my belief that we are all capable of cultivating our best selves when we take the time to dig deep into what it is that is keeping us from the best version of ourselves.

My Approach

How much does therapy cost?
My session fee is $100 per 45 minute session.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance, however I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for a possible reimbursement.
What kind of payment do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards are accepted. Payment is due when services are rendered.
What you may do in between sessions?
I support you in creating an action plan that best fits your healing journey week by week. That can be skill practice and/or whatever you want to accomplish that week.
How long are sessions? How long is therapy?
Sessions are approximately 45 to 50 minutes long. Frequency of sessions is depending on individual need. One session a week is commonly recommended.
How is a consultation different than a session?
A free 15 minute consult is used to evaluate if we’re a good fit in terms of payment, style, and availability. A session is were we discuss the issue you bring and problem solve it together.
Do you see children or teens?
No, but I can provide you with a list of therapists that do.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost one day before your medical service. Under the law, mental health providers need to give patients who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services such as therapeutic services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your good faith estimate, you can dispute the bill. What's an LPC Associate?
A Licensed Professional Counselor Associate is a provisionally licensed professional counselor who has completed a master’s level counseling program, passed necessary national examinations, and is currently working toward full licensure by completing a designated amount of supervised clinical counseling hours. An LPC Associate is qualified to provide mental health services. As an LPC Associate. I am supervised by Angelica Tello, Ph.D., LPC S., NCC.
